One-to-one mindfulness sessions
I offer one-to-one mindfulness coaching sessions via Zoom to those with some previous experience of mindfulness practice, who are in the midst of a particular challenge, feeling stuck, or would like to deepen their practice. Individual sessions can be tailored to your needs and aspirations and will incorporate listening, teaching, and guided practice.
I teach from my own practice, life experience, training and continued learning, informed by Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy and ancient wisdom approaches.
Special interests and inspiration:
I am mum to two primary-aged children and have experience of living with a chronic pain condition and with neurodiversity.
