I’m Claire Bird and I teach mindfulness for adults and children. Mindfulness has had a huge impact on me and continues to every day.
I would love to support you to make mindfulness part of your life. Regular practice is the key in forming new habits, and joining a course with others, supported by a teacher who has their own practice, really helps. Mindfulness is not a quick fix, rather it is new way of being and ‘seeing’ that will meet you and support you wherever you are in your life. It takes time to take root and unfold, but there’s a great relief in letting go of all-too-familiar striving. Kindness to ourselves is an integral part of mindfulness, and is absolutely something we can practice. I trained at the world-renowned Oxford Mindfulness Centre to teach Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for adults. I am a BAMBA-registered teacher and work with qualified co-teachers who value openness, continued learning, and living what we teach.
